Shipping & Pick-Up
The BR General Store operates out of Black River Farm and Ranch. All items ship from Croswell, MI. Our team is onsite from May – mid November. Please do not expect orders placed outside of that time frame to ship in a timely manner.
Pre-orders will not be shipped out until the designated estimated date listed on the website. Those dates are subject to change due to unforeseen changes in stock quantities and manufacturer delays.
When placing your order, you may either have it shipped or set aside for pick-up during your camper’s session.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we’ll let you exchange or give you store credit for the current price. Items must be unworn/unwashed to be returned or exchanged. If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may not return your item.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
- Bring your items to camp for easy, free returns and exchanges.
- Bring proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails).
- If you don’t have proof of purchase, you’ll be issued store credit for the current price of the item.
- If the items were shipped to you, please note that shipping is not refundable.
Returns & Exchanges by Mail
- If you ordered items online, you can also ship your items back to us and we can process your return.
- We cannot accept exchanges by mail at this time. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail the return back to us.
- You are responsible for getting a label to mail your items back and paying for shipping.
